Who We Are

Doty Rainstorm

We are Esme Bang, Elle Bang, Lydia Reyes, Carolina Aguilar, and Lily Barbeau — a group of 7th and 8th graders from Doty Middle School in Downey, CA, competing under the Doty Knights Robotics program.

Each of us brings our own unique skill set and personality to the table, but we're united by a shared passion for STEM and Robotics. Our goal isn't just to win — it's to build something bigger: a strong bond that reflects real leadership, teamwork, and sportsmanship.

Our differences are exactly what make us strong. Excellent communication, true collaboration, and a deep respect for every member's contribution are the values we compete by. We make sure every person is working in the role where their skills shine the most.

Together, we are a strong, all-female team — and we couldn't be prouder to represent Doty Middle School on the world stage. 🐥
